When will my order be shipped?
Once payment is received Your order will ship within 24 to 48 hour
How do I know when to expect delivery?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email containing your order's tracking number and the name and contact information of the shipping company. If you have any questions about your order once it is shipped, contact us and will be happy to track your order for you. .
What is the time-in-transit to my location?
Consult the map below to determine approximate transit time to your state. Transit times may vary from those indicated on the map depending on the weight and quantity of your order. The following map is for UPS, FedEx, and DHL shipments only. For items that must be shipped truck freight, due to their size and weight, please allow approximately 7 to 12 business days. Days in transit do not include weekends and holidays. During holiday times, delivery can take an additional 3-5 business days.
Free Shipping
Free Shipping applies to the online price for all continental United States orders. Alaska, Hawaii, and international customers must email Hotrodpocketbikes.com or call 253-536-6547 for a shipping quote. Free Shipping applies to ground service only. For expedited delivery, please contact us for rates. Please note that due to their size and weight, larger items such as ATVs and Moped scooters can only be shipped ground or ocean freight and cannot be expedited.
Return Policy
There is absolutely no refunds for any fueled item or used item regardless of damage or performance, all sales are final. Any unauthorized package return without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number written on the exterior package will be refused and sent back to the customer. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.
Vehicles must be returned in its original packaging material within 7 days in 100% new re-sellable condition. Vehicles must not be assembled, fueled or used in any way. Fueled vehicles contain gasoline which is hazardous and due to safety precautions, freight companies will not ship any vehicle containing flammable materials.
All package material, instruction manuals and parts must be returned. Any missing parts or damage will be deducted from your refund amount.
The return policy does not apply to vehicles that have had alternations, abuse, negligence, accidents or have not been properly maintained or assembled.
Shipping expenses are not refundable nor reimbursed for any reason. Buyer is responsible for all freight charges including the first shipment and the return shipment. Freight expense to and from the destination will be deducted from your refund plus a 30% restocking fee for returned items.
When you order is received from the freight company you must inspect the shipping container for damage during shipment. If damage is suspected you must point this out to the delivery driver and file an insurance claim with the trucking company. You must also note damage on bill of lading and the driver must sign as acknowledging the damage. At Hotrodpocketbikes we have no control over your shipment once it is picked up buy the shipping carrier. We recommend you save all shipping material in case the shipping company exercises their right for inspection.
